The Yokai Catcher is a device created by Jumba that appears in the Stitch! anime. It is designed to find and stun yokai. In order to do so, the user needs to direct the Catcher in different directions and shoot colored rays. As soon as the Catcher finds yokai, the user will understand this.
The Yokai Catcher also can be use to shoot. If the shot hits yokai, they will be stunned for a few seconds.
