Stitch! Perfect Memory is a television special in the Stitch! anime series. It is the second of the two post-series New Specials and, with the 2017 release of Stitch & Ai, the final entry of the Stitch! anime. It was also the final appearance of Yuna Kamihara until the 2025 original English-language manga Stitch! Best Food Forever!.

- This episode was first announced on Stitch Day 2015 (June 26).
- On the Japanese version of Disney+, the special is split into two parts and is treated as the thirty-third and thirty-fourth episodes of the third season.
- Disney does not seem to agree on what is the official title of the special for its English dub; Disney Channel in English-speaking regions has referred to it as both Stitch! Perfect Memory and Stitch! A Perfect Memory.
- The English dub of the special does not change the title card/logo or the ending credits from their original Japanese.
