"Son of Sprout" (宇宙一のお兄ちゃん, Uchu Ichi no Onii-chan, "Brother of the Universe") is the post-season special episode of Stitch! ~The Mischievous Alien's Great Adventure~, the second season of the Stitch! anime, counting as the thirtieth and final episode of that season. It is also final episode that Madhouse produced, as production for Stitch! would switch over to Shin-Ei for the third season. It features Kijimunaa's sister Kijimaggie as a guest character. The experiment in this episode was Sprout (only in the Japanese version), and the new experiment is the son of Sprout named Sproutling, also known as Experiment 509-A (only in the English dub). It first aired in Japan on August 8, 2010, and in English on May 25, 2012.
Plot[]
At the start of the episode, a strange meteorite is shown heading right towards the Earth. In the ocean, Kijimunaa's sister Kijimaggie is rowing a boat until she is bumped by Angel, but they are both saved by Stitch.

Goof[]
- The end credits of the English dub misspells the name of Kijimaggie's dub voice Stephanie Sheh as "Stepahnie Sheh".
Trivia[]
- In the Japanese version, Sprout didn't have an offspring, but in the English dub, he has a son.
- The episode's title for the Russian dub is "Росток" ("Sprout"), suggesting that certain dubs using the international version, including Russian, go by the Japanese original, saying that the episode's experiment is Sprout and not Sproutling (like with the English dub).
- Internationally, this episode is treated as a regular episode and is aired as the twenty-fourth episode of the season (between "Stitchman Meets Bonnie and Clyde" and "Wormhole").
