Manny Montana, named Nomie Mantaro in the Japanese original, is a TV presenter introduced in Stitch! ~Best Friends Forever~ (the anime's third season).

Little is known about his personality as his appearances were only on camera, leading to speculation that his cheerful nature is just for show. As a TV presenter, he has a well-delivered speech and diction. He also knows how to entice the audience to make it more interesting to watch.
Physical appearance[]
He is a swarthy man with short hair and thick eyebrows. To appear in front of the TV cameras, he wears a pink shirt with a large yellow bow, blue pants, and white shoes.
Background and appearances[]
In "Spike 2.0", he announces a brain contest between the schools. He comments on what is happening and at the end of the competition gives a chance to the eliminated teams to enter the game again. In the end, Yuna, Dolores and Jessica are the winners and they won the textbook set.
In "The Petite Queen" he announces a contest of the same name that includes Toriko and Jessica.
