Kolliba is an alien who appeared in the Chinese animated spin-off Stitch & Ai. He is a Jaboodie who serves as the head scientist and engineer of the race's army.
Background[]
Kolliba is a brilliant scientist who works on behalf of the Jaboodie army to help in their efforts to win their space war against the Woolagongs. He researches Experiment 626 (Stitch) in order to figure out how to retrigger the experiment's destructive programming so that the Jaboodies can use him for their own means. He created machines called "Spybots" to track Stitch from the Jaboodie Battle Cruiser while the experiment is on Earth. He created a psyops program to get Stitch to trigger his metamorphosis code to turn him into a destructive monster, using Scratch to manipulate Stitch. This succeeds until Ai managed to successfully get through to Stitch and turn on the Jaboodies.
He has a history with Stitch's creator Dr. Jumba Jookiba. They both went to the same science academy (presumably Evil Genius University). Jumba claims Kolliba is an underachiever who used to cheat on his tests and even failed on his final exams, which Kolliba did not attempt to dispute even after Commander Wombat expressed anger at him for that accusation.
