"Ace's Back!" (ヒーローはつらいよ; Hīrō wa tsurai yo; "Heroes Have it Hard") is the thirtieth episode of Stitch! ~Best Friends Forever~. It is the post-season special of the third season and the final episode of the regular series overall (before the later New Specials). It first aired in Japan on June 19, 2011, and in English on September 29, 2013.

- Stitch's title card line: (makes a quiet noise when he rolls in) "Sup-ah!"
- This episode takes place before the events of "Boss". This is reflected by the international version, which includes the English dub, which treats this as a regular episode and aired it as the twenty-seventh episode of the season, between "Stitch's Dreams" and "King Meega!".
- The episode's English title is a double-meaning, referring to both Ace's full return since his original debut in Lilo & Stitch: The Series and the plot point of him developing problems with his back due to his over-heroism.
